The Graphics section below contains examples of the CD cover art and publicity flyers I have created in connection with my one-man company, Columbus On-Location Recording. I also operate a website called Cheap Advice On Music, offering tips on Songwriting, Home Recording, and Live Sound.

In the Photography section you will find the results of a technique I call "photo mining". I start with a high-resolution digital photo of a general scene that includes a range of visual objects and activities. Then I go through the photo using a high-enlargement display to find rectangular "sub-images" that can be extracted and treated as pictures in their own right. I tend to use a lot of Photoshop effects on the extracted sub-images, but many of them (especially the ones including people) would/might be interesting even without this.

Bonus: The sub-images, especially the abstract ones, can be used to good effect as part of a CD cover or poster design!
